Do I have to pay anything?

Absoultely NOT!  We are providing a service to our clients and you are helping us provide it!  Thats why we pay you :)

Do I need a Credit / Debit Card?

No you do not need to use your own debit or credit card.  All data for the debit / credit card part of the shopping cart is provided to us by our clients.  This is to allow our clients the ability to track your order.

How / When do we get paid?

You get paid when the client has confirmed that you have entered all the details into their shopping cart and / or reported it to us with the error code.  We prefer to pay you via paypal but we can also use Epassporte, Moneybookers or even a cheque.

You will recieve payment within 24 hours of completing the test (usually within 3 hours) it just depends on how many we are processing at the time.  We DON’T use an automated system for payment so we like to make sure and double check everything.

What information do we need / recieve for the clients?

When we confirm that you have been selected for a test for one of our clients we will also send you a unique code and also details for the payment processor.  Typically all you do is enter your name i.e. John Smith and append the unique number to your name i.e. John Smith #33125 and thats it!  Our clients provide us with credit card details for you to enter usually in the form of 0000 0000 0000 0001 and so on depending what number you are.   We send you a full illustration of what is required, it really is easy though if you have ever bought anything on the net its exactly the same.

Why do I need to confirm my details again when I recieve an email from you for a mystery shopper test?

We are trying to make this as fair as possible.  We have had some people complain that they never get selected for the tests but because these tests are TIME SENSITIVE you really do need to act fast when you recieve an email from us.  We ask you to confirm again so we can track your “speed and reliability” in confirming you are available.  If you should then miss out on this test but you are quick to respond then we will bump you up the que for the next test.

How often do you get these mystery shopper requests from clients?

At the moment its daily and we don’t foresee anything changing as our clients are constantly updating their shopping carts for security reasons.

Can I fill out more then one test per client?

No!  The whole reason for these shopping cart tests is for our clients to recieve lots of different people testing their shopping carts.  Anyone found using multiple email / names will be instantly BANNED and no payment will be paid.  We have various methods that we use  and our clients use to track our tests so PLEASE don’t do this.

Please don’t apply several times using several different email addresses again if you are caught doing this we will ban you.  We only accept one application per person.

This is only per test and not per client, if the client wants to run another test then we will send another email and we are more then happy for you to apply again for the new test.
